Understanding the Risks
Using Immortal Domains involves financial and technical risks. You should not use this service without fully understanding these risks.
Smart Contract Risk. Deposits are held in smart contracts. Bugs or vulnerabilities in contract code could result in loss of funds. Contracts will be independently audited before mainnet launch.
Stablecoin Risk. Deposits are denominated in USDC. Stablecoin de-pegging or issuer risk could affect the real value of your deposit.
Renewal Failure Risk. While Immortal Domains automates renewal funding, unforeseen issues with the ResellerClub API or on-chain conditions could cause a renewal to be missed. Users should monitor domain status independently.
Withdrawal Risk. Once you withdraw your deposit, auto-renewal stops immediately. Failure to manually renew will result in domain expiry and potential loss of the domain name.
Regulatory Risk. Cryptocurrency and domain name regulations vary by jurisdiction and may change. Users are responsible for compliance with their local laws.
